PureNChic On The Go: A Visit To Pure London

What is the best part of living in one of the world’s fashion capitals? The answer to that is very simple: being able to attend various fashion-connected events and having the chance to see the latest catwalk trends and the people who make them.

For those of you who don’t know, Pure London is a big trade show that takes place twice per year in London. Designers from all over the world can exhibit their creations and network with like-minded people. As you might be able to guess, the team of PureNChic could not miss an opportunity like that. Therefore, we sent three of our busy bees to the event so that we can share with you first-hand information on the latest trends. The senior busy bee was our ‘Creative Mademoiselle’, because as you can see in our previous blog post, she is the person with an eye for unique talent. And if you really want to find new talented people, you go to Pure London.

Now it’s style report time! We stayed through one of the fashion shows to find out what designers were up to for this season. Luckily for all of us, there is something for everyone. If you like clean-cut and minimalistic outfits, many of the models were in the ‘basic’ colours like black, white, grey and beige. Plain silhouettes and classic shapes for all minimalism fans.

For those of you who are more into colour, worry not! There is something for you too! A really strong emphasis was put on boho outfits: sheer fabrics, flat shoes and bold colours like red, blue and yellow. We can’t wait for warmer days to come so that we can hide our clothes and show our new, fashionable outfits!
