Sneak Peak Behind The Scenes: Get To Know La Boulengerie

Have you ever dreamed of having a state-of-the-art T-shirt? Well, here is just the thing for you. La Boulengerie is creating amazing limited editions pieces that will make sure to meet the needs of every customer.
In association with artists from all kinds of backgrounds, they develop exclusive clothing lines and we offer them a new support of creation. As a platform that supports European designers, PureNChic can’t be happier but work with La Boulengerie.
Printed in France on organic fair trade fabrics, each piece is manually numbered and comes with an authentication certificate guaranteeing the originality of all artworks. Today we introduce you Paul- the man behind this great brand.

  1. Has social media helped you grow your business?
Yes! It was very important for us to use the social media because it allowed us to get in touch with people. It permitted us to explain our concept and build a relationship between La Boulengerie and the online community.
We can easily share our vision and ideas on new designs, get feedbacks and talk directly with our clients.
  2. Do you think that the term fashion applies only to clothing and accessories, or is it part of the overall lifestyle of a person?
Fashion is a bit of everything but it is mostly about the current trend.
For me fashion is not the most important; what matters is style and creativity.
A very successful lady once said that “Fashion changes but Style endures”.In all our creations, we focus on doing something new, maybe not fashionable but always creative and beautiful: Special!
  3. Is there any specific message you would like to get across with your designs?
I have always created my designs with passion, dream, and love. It is the essence of La Boulengerie and we want to share it with as many people as we can. We aim to offer style and uniqueness.
  4. What type of people does a designer need in his/her team in order to be successful?
A designer needs people who believe in his project and understand it. They must share the same vision and the same motivation. It is really important to have a great cohesion in a team; each member should bring something to make the project grow. That is why, in order to be successful, I believe a designer should work along with various different people to be as most creative as possible.
  5. Who was your role model when you began your business?
I can’t really think about someone in particular. Back in 2011 when I first thought about La Boulengerie, I just wanted to offer people something beautiful and unique: a very special product that you won’t find everywhere.
I get inspiration from anyone who shares this vision.
  6. Some artists say that they saw their creations while sleeping. Has it ever happened to you?
I couldn’t say I see my creations while sleeping but I often create instead of sleep. Night is inspiring to me. These are “wearable dreams” that I want to create.

I would like to thank the members of the PurenChic team for their job.
We are currently working on a news collection and I’m sure you will love it!
Peace
